1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the phmalapad Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

phmalapad reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes via email or on-platform notification, but it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the phmalapad Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, online gambling is strictly prohibited for individuals under 21 years old.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of phmalapad, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

phmalapad reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at phmalapad's sole discretion.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of phmalapad, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify phmalapad immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

phmalapad reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

phmalapad supports the following Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your phmalapad wallet are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform. phmalapad reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus credits are subject to separate wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met. See Section 5 for details.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting phmalapad support constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

phmalapad does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phmalapad offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• phmalapad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to account suspension.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.

6. Betting Rules & Fair Play

All games and betting markets on phmalapad are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.

• All casino games on phmalapad use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested for fairness and randomness.
• Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. Results are final once the round is completed.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, the odds at the time of placement apply.
• phmalapad reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by technical errors, data feed failures, or manifest pricing errors.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, phmalapad's decision, made in good faith and based on available evidence, shall be final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phmalapad Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or negatively affects other users' experience.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phmalapad Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of phmalapad or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phmalapad.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

phmalapad is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, and storage of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phmalapad implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your data from unauthorised access.

10. Responsible Gaming

phmalapad is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmalapad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond phmalapad's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

phmalapad's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phmalapad account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments & Termination

phmalapad reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, phmalapad will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or on-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

phmalapad may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to other users or the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination, any outstanding balance in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

You may close your account at any time by contacting phmalapad support. Closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. If you wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons, please use the dedicated self-exclusion tool in your account settings rather than a standard closure request.
